Face Care Empties

Youth to the People Adaptogen Moisture Cream

Price: $18 for .5oz

This is such a great moisturizer and I love using it in my night routine. I l also love that this is available in a mini size. It makes it easy to test it out without fully committing to the full size price. Minis are a must for me and I love collecting them for when I travel. If you are interested in seeing a full review about this moisturizer & some of my favorites for the winter season, check out my previous post MOISTURIZERS FOR COMBO SKIN- WINTER EDITION

Farmacy Whipped Greens Cleanser

Price: $28 for 5oz

The Farmacy Whipped Greens Cleanser is in the area of the Farmacy line that’s aimed to oily and acne-prone skin types. The cleanser has a texture that is somewhat creamy. A little product goes a long way and this is probably why this tube lasted me about 10 months with using it several times a week. I’ve used this cleanser in various routines (morning and night) and I never found it to be over drying to my skin. If you have normal, oily, a combination or acne-prone skin, this is definitely worth checking out.

Peter Thomas Roth Water Drench Eye Patches

Price: $55 for 30 pairs

Hands down this is has to be one the best eye patches that I have tried. Many of the eye patches that I have tried do not have enough moisture or move around a lot on my face. These hydrate so well and really help with puffy eyes. I do think they’re a little pricey, but if you can get them on sale or in a kit like this one - I would recommend doing so.

Paula’s Choice Cleansing Balm

Price: $28 for 3.5oz

I have a full review video of this cleansing balm on my Instagram Reels and it’s such a beautiful formula. I can’t recommend the Paula’s Choice Omega Repair line enough. This line focuses on restoring and maintain the skin’s barrier with the use of ceramides.

Naturium Quadruple Hyaluronic Acid Serum 5%

Price: $16 for 1oz.

The Naturium Hyaluronic acid serum combines four different weight types of hyaluronic acid. The texture is thicker than others that I have tried. Overall, the serum absorbs well into my skin well and leaves it feeling and looking plump. I really like that this serum comes in packaging that has a pump and I definitely plan on repurchasing.

Elemis Herbal Lavender Repair Mask

Price: $12 for 15ml

The Elemis Herbal Repair Mask is a clay mask that aims to cleanse and rebalance the skin. Unlike many of the other clay-based masks that I’ve tried, I love that this is non-drying. The mask itself doesn’t fully dry down, which I love and it makes it so much easier to remove! I’m happy I had the opportunity to test out this mini and I would love to have a full size in my collection in the future.

Allies of Skin Molecular Savior Probiotics Repair Mist

Price: $59

This may possibly be one of the best mists that I’ve tried! I say that because most mists provide a water based hydration, but the Molecular Savior Probiotics Repair Mist is formulated with oils and probiotics. This mixture makes the formula moisturizing too! [Previous Review]. I’m so happy I have a back-up of this one!

Key Ingredient(s): Peptides, Niacinamide, Amino Acids, Antioxidants, Aloe Vera, Herbal Extracts, Probiotics

Bodycare Empties

Not Pot OG Hemp Body Crème

Price: $19 for 6.8oz

Save 20% with code Beautychill20

The Not Pot Hemp Body Crème is a moisturizer that is formulated with banana extract, niacinamide, magnesium, and cannabis sativa oil. The addition of the cannabis sativa oil is said to provide hydration and calm the skin. The cream comes in a banana scent and unscented version. I opted for the banana scent because I really like scented body care and I think it adds to the experience. I found the cream to be very moisturizing and I Love the scent. The cream is 100% THC-free.

Fresh Sugar Lemon Body Wash

Price: $23 for 10oz

I love the Fresh Beauty body washes. This is the second one that I’ve finished in the past year. They smell great, have a nice level of lather and I don’t find them to be drying to my skin. The sugar lemon scent is nice, but I much prefer the Brown Sugar Lemon scent.

Bath and Body Work Juniper Breeze Shower gel

Price: for 10oz for $13.50

So many of the Bath and Body Works scents bring me right back to high school. The Juniper Breeze scent used to be one of my favorites. I picked this one up during one of their semi annual sales. In all honesty I don’t find the shower gels and lotions to be super moisturizing- but its all about their scents!

Boscia Youth Restore Body Serum

Price: $35 for 8.4 oz

The Boscia Youth Restore body serum is a firming body serum that also moisturizes the skin. The body serum has the consistency of a runny body lotion. It’s formulated with peptides, niacinamide and a citrus oil blend. I used this in both the cooler and warmer months and I loved it for both. I love that the body serum is packaged in a squeeze bottle. I found that the packaging made it quicker and easier to use. Also with the squeeze bottle, I feel like I was able to get out every last bit of product. I do think $35 is a bit pricey, but this serum lasted me a decent amount of time.

Other Beauty Empties

 Touchland Hand Sanitizer

Price: $9 for 1oz

These Touchland hand sanitizers are my favorite. I like the leak-proof packaging and the scents are so good. Unlike other hand sanitizers that I have tried, I find that these are not sticky, do not leave a film behind and also adds back some moisture to my hands. The watermelon and the unscented are my favorites!

The Ordinary Hair Peptide Serum

Price: $17.90 for 2oz

At this point, I have gone through several bottles of this hair peptide serum over the years. I think the serum is affordable and it helps. However, for myself I think it is a product that I would need to use more consistently to see noticeable results. I usually would buy a bottle, which would last me about 2 months- after finishing it I would usually something different or nothing at all. If you’re interested in my previous review of it, check out my previous post-AUGUST & SEPTEMBER EMPTIES 2020

Hourglass Mini Veil Translucent Setting Powder

Price: $20 for .07oz

Would you believe that this mini powder lasted me almost a year! The Hourglass Veil Setting Powder is super lightweight and I love it for setting my under eye concealer. I didn’t find it drying or the color being off. I have already repurchased this powder because I really love this one!

Charlotte Tilbury Brow Cheat Pencil

Price: $25

I’m usually not wowed by most brow pencils, but the finish of the Charlotte Tilbury brow pencil is so good! As someone with extremely sparse brows, I do a decent amount of filling in when I use a pencil. I feel like the Brow Cheat gave me the most realistic results and it applied very well. The pencil itself is fine, which made it great for sparse brows like mine. What I also liked is that instead of throwing out the entire pencil when finished, you can screw off the empty pencil and attach a new refill.

Anastasia Beverly Hill- Brow Wiz

Price: $23

I love stocking up on these when they’re on sale. I find the fine pencil point makes it really easy to fill in my sparse brows. I already have a back-up ready to use! This is my second favorite to the Charlotte Tilbury Brow Cheat pencil.

BDK Parfume- Rouge Smoking

Travel Size Price: $45 for 10ml

I tried out the Tom Ford Lost Cherry and I liked it, but I found the scent to be very sweet. The Smoking Rouge scent was recommended to me and I really liked the scent mixture of it. Rouge Smoking reminds me of Lost Cherry with the sweetness, but it has almost a woodsy undertone to it. I find the scent perfect for the fall/winter season and lasts a decent amount of time on me. I like the scent, but I don’t love it. Being that I have an extensive perfume collection, I do not plan to repurchase this one.

The top notes are Cherry, Pink Pepper and Bergamot. The heart notes are Black vanilla, Heliotrope. The base notes are Ambroxan, Cashmeran, Tonka bean, Labdanum, White musk.

Monthly Totals Value: $446.40
